Formerly known as Antarkar & Joshi, we are a boutique real estate company based in Pune. For over 34 years, our company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are selective about the projects we take on, and we believe that quality is more important than quantity. We only develop a limited number of projects each year, so that we can focus on each one and ensure that it is done to the highest standards.

25 Projects
The journey started in 1989 when Dilip Antarkar and Vijay Joshi started this partnership with a vision to develop homes that enrich lives.
Our foray into commercial real estate was marked with AJ Tower as our first commercial project.
With the completion of AJ Classic in Karvenagar, we successfully delivered 25 projects.
