We know how much the environment matters to you. Our design emphasises sustainable living, with our construction relying on the usage of eco-friendly materials. We have provisioned to harness
solar energy for water heating and lighting for the entire building, and our eco-sensitive project focuses on many green features, qualifying it to be a Green Building certified by IGBC (Indian Green Building Council).

Bavdhan provides easy access to transport routes and transport systems close by, with great connectivity to the Mumbai-Pune Highway, Hinjewadi IT Park, and areas like Kothrud, Aundh, Pashan and Sus.
